To best manage this, we are now offering Ongoing Support & Maintenance Plans. This provides a dedicated allocation of hours each month or quarter for our team to proactively manage your site updates or respond to your specific requests.

Should we encounter compatibility issues or tricky issues to solve when running updates, we’ll spin up a staging environment to test prior to making the changes on the live site.

Website edits, new imagery, layout adjustments, and adding new functionality.

GA4 administration, Search Console updates, Redirects.
Consultancy
Staff training, general advice, meetings, email summaries.

We understand that “mystery billing” is the last thing any business manager / owner wants. We want you to feel confident knowing what you’re up for ahead of time.
Rates
All work is charged at a flat hourly rate. Prior to commencing we’ll recommend a suitable allocation based on your specific site and functionality.
Task Logging
We log each task and time spent across each period.
Roll-Over Flexibility
If you’re on a maintenance plan and don’t use all your hours one period, they simply roll over to the next.
Proactive Communication
If a request comes in that looks like it will exceed your monthly allocation or any rolled over hours that have been built up we’ll flag it, discuss the scope and provide a quote so you can decide how to proceed.
Administration
Moving to a maintenance plan significantly reduces our admin footprint. By automating the invoicing and scheduling, our team spends less time chasing loose ends or processing small individual invoices and more time working on your site.
Allocations
Most clients find between 1 – 2 hours per month (or 3 – 6 hours per quarter) is sufficient to keep a standard site healthy, secure, and up-to-date. Sites with additional functionality such as eCommerce, User Management, Operational Forms and other advanced features may require additional allocations.
